Hourly Fees

Fixed Fees

We may agree to set a fixed legal fee in advance when a client asks us to perform a narrow task or a carefully defined service. Examples of such tasks or services include, but are not limited to:

Contingent Fees

As a rule, we will not agree to a contingent fee in matters involving the recovery of money. To compensate for the risk of little or no recovery, we must require payment of a relatively high percentage of any amount you receive. We believe contingent fees are rarely in our clients’ best interests, and we generally discourage their use.

Disbursements and Expenses

As a client, you are responsible for paying all costs and out-of-pocket expenses connected to your legal matter, in addition to the Firm’s professional fees. Such expenses include, but are not limited to:
