Francisca
I. Otero joined the Firm as a Paralegal in 1999,
and has been an Associate Attorney with the Firm since her
admission to the bar in Virginia in 2002. She is a graduate
of the University of Virginia, and received her Juris Doctor
from American University, Washington College of Law. She
is fluent in Spanish.
